This is the turbo from a V70R with the assumed larger wastegate actuator compared to the standard TD04HL-16T turbo of the S60.
The actuator is better capable of holding the higher boost
The internals of the 19T compressor are larger.
New turbo in place.
It's a direct replacement bolt on.
All the hoses, oil leads and coolant leads fit in the same place.
An attempt to show the difference in performance.
The new turbo, while restricted in boost until 3800 rpm, spools up much faster compared to the 16T turbo.
Until redline the boost doesn't come down and even up to 6500 rpm it stays on the same level.
